Why we built it
Some of the best software made today runs in a browser: design tools, AI assistants, games, developer utilities and strange, wonderful experiments. You open a link and it works. No download, no install, no waiting for an update.
But finding it is hard. Search results are crowded, launch sites move on after a day, and there's no store on your computer that shows you what's good. So we made one.
Linkstore lists web apps the way an app store lists apps: with screenshots, pricing, ratings and reviews, organized into categories and searchable by what they do. Every listing opens the real app in one click.
What we promise
A person checks every app
Before anything goes live, someone opens it, makes sure it works, and checks that the listing says what the app does and what it costs.
Nobody can buy a better rank
Releases is ordered by approval time and Top rated by ratings. Paid placements exist, but they're labeled Sponsored and kept apart from the ranked lists.
Every new app gets the same first day
Approved apps go to the top of Releases on the day they're approved, whether they come from a solo maker or a big company.
Verified is earned, never sold
The Verified badge means the maker proved they run the site. It's free, and paying for promotion has nothing to do with it.
