About EasyCut
EasyCut is a browser-based video editor built for finishing AI-made videos without losing control of the edit.
When Claude creates a video, EasyCut can open the video, titles, music, and sound effects as separate tracks on a timeline. Instead of regenerating the whole video when you want to change something, you can edit each part directly — trim or reorder scenes, move titles, replace music, remove sound effects, add transitions, and fine-tune the final cut the way you want.
You can also use EasyCut as a regular video editor with your own videos, photos, music, screen recordings, and camera footage. It includes frame-accurate editing, auto captions, transcript-based pause removal, music and sound effects, background removal, voice cleanup, green screen, split screen, shapes, stickers, and exports up to 4K and 60 fps.
EasyCut runs in your browser and keeps your footage on your computer. Projects are saved locally, with no account, no watermark, and no video uploads required.
The idea is simple: let AI make the first edit, then give you every part separately so you can finish it yourself.
